We have been reading an awesome book by Susan Jeffers, Ph.D called FEEL THE FEAR… AND DO IT ANYWAY. This book is packed with dynamic techniques for turning fear, indecision and anger into power, action and love. Every week when we sit down to read we are continually amazed at how relatable this book is and we laugh at how often we all find ourselves nodding our head in agreeance with almost all of the statements made by Dr. Jeffers.
Dr. Jeffers is wonderful at articulating the thoughts about fear that we all have and adds humor in showing us how to become powerful in the face of our fears. It has brought us such great insight into creating a practice that has set us up for success. Some of the things that we discuss when reading the book are
